Cut & Safe® composite-fiber gloves are lightweight, machine-knit, and cut resistant. They are manufactured with a combination of Spectra fiber and steel, two of the highest-performing materials on the market. An extremely durable polyethylene fiber, Spectra Cut Level 4 Gloves are the cutting edge in cut-resistance, and provide up to 40% greater cut protection, pound-for-pound, than aramid fibers.

ClawCover® gives you a color-coding option to help reduce the risk of cross contamination. Heavy-duty ANSI A6 cut resistance provides outstanding protection against cuts, slashes, and abrasions caused by a knife, mandoline, or other sharp blade. Lycra is added to help achieve form-fitting and long-wearing comfort, giving busy cooks the dexterity to keep pace during peak kitchen hours.
