1. Acceptable Quality Level (AQL)

Products manufactured for Volk Protective Products are tested in accordance with FDA requirements – ASTM D5151 (test data is available upon request). Additionally, Volk Protective Products utilizes a Third Party Testing Agency annually for verification of glove attributes.

2. Bio-burden/Biocompatibility

Products manufactured for Volk Protective Products have passed testing procedures by Third Party Agency. Test data is available upon request.

3. DEHP & DOP Ingredient (pthalates).

Products free of DOP (phthalates) are available, and samples are provided.

4. Powder-free glove standards

Products manufactured for Volk Protective Products have been tested to ASTM Standard D5250 and contain less than 2mg of residual powder per glove. Test data is available upon request.

5. Powdered glove standards

Products manufactured for Volk Protective Products have been tested to ASTM Standard D5250 and contain no more than 10mg/dm2 residual powder per glove. Test data is available upon request.

6. Tensile Strength Testing

Products manufactured for Volk Protective Products have been tested in accordance with ASTM D412. Testing is conducted before and after aging. Test data is available upon request.

7. Product Labeling/FDA-USDA

Products manufactured for Volk Protective Products are in compliance with 21CFR regulations for food contact.

8. Auditing

Volk Protective Products has Third Party Audits on all overseas facilities, products, storage, and transit entities once a year by China Quality Certification Center for import and export commodities Beifang Audit Center. In addition, Volk Protective Products’ distribution center located in Columbus, Ohio is annually inspected by AIB (American Institute of Baking) Voluntary Certification program (per AIB Consolidated Standards for Food Distribution Centers) and has received ratings of “excellent” since 1998 when Volk Protective Products began voluntary inspections. 9. HAACP System/Quality Control

All manufacturing facilities that produce product for Volk Protective Products perform to a plant HAACP system & Quality Control Standards. Random quality control tests are performed at plant and corporate office. Company document #HR-S-QA 005/02 available upon request.

10. Product Incident Management Plan & Trace Back/Recall System

All manufacturing facilities that produce product for Volk Protective Products maintain a documented systematic plan for responding to any product issue relating from a single complaint to full recall.

11. Good Manufacturing Practice Facilities

All manufacturing facilities that produce product for Volk Protective Products conform to Good Manufacturing Practices 21 CFR Part 110.10 through 110.40.
